How your Laos eVisa is delivered and accessed
Welcome to the Laos eVisa portal. Please read this delivery and download policy before you continue your visa application.
1. Instant Download Option
After your application is approved, you may be able to download your eVisa right away. Once downloaded, delivery is complete. Save a copy for travel.
2. Email Notification Delivery
You may also receive your eVisa by email at the address used in your application. Delivery is considered complete once that email is sent. Check spam or junk folders too.
3. Unable to Download?
If you cannot download your eVisa, or no email arrives within 24 hours, contact our support team within 5 days. After that, delivery is treated as completed.
